Sony Pictures Network has appointed the McDonald’s India marketing man, Kedar Teny for promotion and marketing of its nine sports channels.

Kedar Teny has joined the Sony Pictures network as Senior Vice President, Marketing &OAP. Rajesh Kaul, President, Distribution and Sports Business, SPN will be his reporting head. Marketing and promotions for SPN’s nine sports channels might be handled by Teny.

Teny has experience with McDonalds’s India, Hardcastle Restaurants as West and South, Director, marketing and digital. The Burger man embarked his career in advertising and worked on many iconic brands at Lowe Worldwide in India and South East Asia and later changed lanes to Marketing at Airtel and then Unilever.

He  carries 17 years of extensive experience in the field of Brand Management, Strategic Planning and Advertising and brings immense experience on the table. Teny has completed his Masters in Business Administration, with a specialization in Marketing, from the Institute of Management Studies, Indore.
