Indian coach Sunil Kumar was sent back to India after a full inquiry into his misconduct took place. As per the reports said, he was found misbehaving with England Girls’ Team at World Archery Youth Championship.

The Archery Association of India (AAI) has banned coach Sunil Kumar for life for his ill behavior during the Championships event that took place in Argentina from October 2-8.

Kumar, who was sent to assist the Indian team to Rosario had allegedly hugged a female member of the Great Britain team. Is this is what expected from a coach representing the whole nation?

Seeing such a disrespect towards the whole nation, the Sports Authority of India has decided to write a letter to Kumar’s parent organization, Haryana Police. “We have to make an example out of him. How can he bring disrepute to the country in this manner? So we want his department to act against him too,” said a source.

Sunil evidently accepted his act as in a letter to the team manager, he accepted his mistake and apologized for what he did, he wrote ” mere se kuch bhaari galti ho gyi. Isse sabko dikkat ka samna karna pada. Is ke liye main sabse kshama mangta hu. Mujhe yaha se wapas bheja ja raha hai. Mai sahi salamat ghar jaoonga (I have committed a big mistake and the entire team was disturbed because of it. I want to apologize for the incident. I am being sent back from here…,”

In such a case, the next person in the team with the maximum number of awards is handed over with the responsibility to assist the team. In the global event, Indian team won three medals, including gold in mixed recurve junior team event
